Sand Hills is a course that overlooks Cooper Lake and is densely forested, however it lacks bunkers. The 270-yard par 4 No. 6 and the 220-yard par 3 No. 8 are the two most tough holes on the par 36 layout. The finest birdie opportunity is hole 4, a 470-yard par 5 that you should be able to reach in two if you're hitting the greens effectively.
An 18-hole round is possible with two sets of tees. Between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. on weekends, the course is solely open to members.
